How we back up your data

Data is one of a company’s most valuable assets today — which makes it all the more important to back it up reliably. We set up an automated backup system for you that saves your important data at regular intervals without you having to think about it. This ensures that a current copy of your data is always available in an emergency.

We rely on a multi-stage backup concept based on the proven 3-2-1 principle: at least three copies of every important file exist on two different storage media, with one copy additionally kept at an external location. This keeps your data protected even if a device fails, is stolen or is damaged by fire, water or a cyber attack.

In addition to full backups, we use incremental backups that capture only the data changed since the last backup. This saves storage space and time without compromising the security of your data. All backups are also stored encrypted, so your data stays protected even in the event of unauthorized access to the backup media.

A backup is only truly valuable if it can be reliably restored in an emergency. That is why we regularly check the integrity of your backups and perform test restores. Should data loss actually occur, we restore your data as quickly as possible so that your business operations are affected as little as possible.
